HOW DID C4 WAVE ENERGY CONVERTER, IN PORTUGAL WATERS, RESPOND TO DOMINGOS?

After Ciarán, Domingos was on its way to Western Europe as evident in the Copernicus Sentinel-3 image, acquired on 3rd November 2023.
According to the Hydrographic Institute, the MONIZEE network’s buoys for northern Portugal recorded maximum values on 4th November, at 9 pm. The values are historical maximums acquired by the buoys.
